This website is owned and operated by graduates of MCHS, and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We wanted to give this forum a local flavor to it instead of some ambiguous corporate entity.
The site's purpose is quite simple. Provide a open and FREE forum for all graduates of all three schools throughout the Madison, Indiana area... Shawe, MCHS, and Southwestern. Well, and to help make the jobs of the reunion committees much easier. We here at MadisonAlum.com believe keeping in touch with friends and family in the Madison area is something that should be a FREE privilege, and not something you have to pay for. |

We thought about catering to just the MCHS grads, but realized that wouldn't be fair to everyone else. So don't let the name of this domain fool you... its for every former student in the Madison area. Plus we had to keep the domain name short, otherwise you would've had to type:
"JeffersonCountyIndianaGraduatesOfShaweMadisonandSouthwestern.com"

It will take some time to get the word out, so please pass the word to your friends and family who attended either school at one time or another! Whether you hated living in Madison or not, we ALL shared the experience and it is a part of our lives. There is no sin in remembering where you came from, and re-connecting with people who helped weave the fabric of who we eventually became. Talking with an old friend doesn't mean you're living in the past. We all had different experiences, be it good or bad. So just set those hang ups aside, and come on it! We don't bite!
